What is the RILM curve?

How it's measured

The medium induction array's raw measured conductivity, before the skin-effect and calibration corrections that produce the medium resistivity ILM.

How it's used

A QC and intermediate channel behind the medium resistivity, used with the raw deep conductivity to trace or re-derive the invasion profile.

Common gotchas

Raw and uncalibrated — not for direct interpretation. Prefer the medium resistivity (ILM) for analysis; keep RILM for QC and re-processing.

Recorded as RILM in conductivity units, alongside RILD and ILM.
